The International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions (IFLA) hosted their 79th General Conference and Assembly from August 17-23, 2013 in Singapore. The conference theme was “Future Libraries: Infinite Possibilities.”

IU alumni have long had connections with this professional association. IFLA supports and explores many global questions in the field of information and library science.
