Dean Raj Acharya of the Indiana University School of Informatics, Computing, and Engineering will be joined by faculty and admissions directors on a recruiting visit to India Nov. 5-12. The group will travel to Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, and Bangalore to share the opportunities at SICE.

The visit will focus on programs in computer science, data science, intelligent systems engineering, and secure computing. These and other programs the school offers makes the School of Informatics, Computing, and Engineering one of the largest, broadest, and most accomplished of its kind.

“The School of Informatics, Computing, and Engineering at IU is building tomorrow, and our unique depth and breadth of programs touches on so many areas of life,” Acharya said. “I know how strong passions and big dreams can send someone from India halfway around the globe to pursue a brighter future, and the students and faculty at SICE are excited to help some of those dreams come true.”

The SICE team will host an information session in each city, and offer high tea and the chance to connect with faculty and staff. Attendees who apply on site will have their application fee waived.
